# Santara AI MCP server

> The official Model Context Protocol server for Santara AI, the AI-native property management software for short-term rentals. It lets Claude, ChatGPT, Grok and other MCP apps read a host's calendar, bookings, guest inbox, cleaning, tickets and revenue, and do work for them — with the host's rules on what runs at once and what asks first.

Server address: https://mcp.santara.ai/mcp (Streamable HTTP, OAuth 2.1 sign-in with the host's Santara AI account).

Permissions by default: calendar, prices, cleaning and tickets run at once; guest messages, review replies, upsell offers, bookings and expenses ask the host first in the chat; billing, workspace settings, team and channel connections are never available. An assistant can never do more than the host's own role allows.
